Information on our delivery and shipping conditions

We do not deliver to packing stations or to customers with a deposited delivery permit with the delivery service DPD!!!

Delivery of small appliances

• Small appliances such as shavers, coffee machines, hoovers, etc. are shipped quickly and reliably by DPD parcel service

Delivery of large appliances

• Large appliances such as ovens, dryers, refrigerators, etc. are shipped by freight forwarding. Once the goods have been dispatched, the delivering carrier will contact you by telephone prior to delivery to arrange a delivery date. Delivery will be made to the kerbside.

Fragile or bulky products

• When shipping via a parcel service, an additional fee may be charged for fragile or bulky products (e.g. hobs or large cooker bonnets). This fee is shown with the corresponding products.

Shipping to Switzerland

• We deliver to Switzerland via Meineinkauf.ch
• MeinEinkauf.ch takes care of the customs clearance of the goods and the subsequent forwarding to you in Switzerland.
• Direct to your doorstep possible from only CHF 17.90 without additional duties.

Taking back old appliances

• According to the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act §3 No. 1, we are obliged to take back old appliances if we exceed a shipping area of 400m². As this is not the case, we do not take back old appliances.

Delivery Times

For small appliances, please allow 1-3 working days for delivery from dispatch*.

For large appliances, please allow 3-4 working days for delivery from dispatch*.

*For products to which this information does not apply, the delivery time is shown separately on the product.
